The order may be placed on hold for up to 7 days while awaiting your response.
If no valid address confirmation is received within this period, the order may be canceled. If the order qualifies for cancellation, you will receive a 100% refund to your original payment method.
4. Delivery Issues
If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at:
We will review the tracking information and may contact the shipping carrier to assist with the investigation.
If your order arrives damaged during transit, please provide:
- Clear, high-quality photos or a short video showing the damaged item
- A clear photo of the shipping label attached to the outer packaging
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
Please retain the original packaging until your claim has been reviewed, as additional photos or information may be required.
In certain circumstances, we may ask you to create a Service Request with the shipping carrier. This may be necessary when:
- The package has been held at or delivered to a local post office instead of your address
- Delivery was unsuccessful due to weather, geographic restrictions, or other external conditions
- Tracking shows the package as “Delivered,” but you have not received it
- The carrier requires additional confirmation before opening an investigation
You may follow this guide:
Providing the requested information helps us investigate the situation and determine the appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
5. Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:
- Check your mailbox, porch, front door, garage, or other delivery areas
- Check with household members
- Ask neighbors or building management if they accepted the package
- Contact your local shipping carrier or post office
- Allow up to 24–48 hours, as some carriers may mark packages as delivered shortly before the actual delivery
If the package still cannot be located, please contact support@mimzoid.com with your order number and tracking information.
We may require documentation or confirmation from the carrier before approving a refund or replacement.
6. Failed Delivery & Returned Packages
A package may be returned to the sender due to circumstances including:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Addressee unknown
- Missing apartment or unit number
- Customer unavailable to receive the package
- Unclaimed package
- Full or expired PO Box
- Refusal of delivery
- No access to the delivery location
- Failure to pay applicable customs duties or import charges
Mimzoid is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer or by circumstances preventing the carrier from accessing the delivery location.
Refund or replacement eligibility for returned or undeliverable packages will be determined according to our Refund & Replacement Policy.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, the amount paid on our website may not include customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
International shipments may be subject to:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT or similar local taxes

- Other charges imposed by local authorities or shipping carriers
These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Customs fees and import duties are determined by the destination country's laws and regulations and are outside Mimzoid's control.
Customers are responsible for paying any required customs or import charges directly to the appropriate authority or carrier.
Failure to pay required customs charges may result in the package being delayed, returned, abandoned, or destroyed.
For international shipments, customers should provide a valid email address and phone number so customs authorities or shipping carriers can contact them if necessary.
